No. The whole property is rented to private groups of up to 16 guests. It is never shared with third parties.

Yes: one daily breakfast prepared by the private chef.

Yes. Breakfast is included; lunches and dinners are quoted separately with custom menus.
05Can we drink alcohol? Is there a cellar or a bar?
Yes. The cellar, with wines, champagnes and spirits, is available on request for an additional fee.
06Can I rent only part of the house for an event?
Yes. For intimate events of up to 30 people you can rent the terrace, the living rooms or the main dining room.
07Are pets allowed?
Yes, with prior request. A cleaning and deodorizing fee applies.
08Is smoking allowed?
Not indoors. The back courtyard is the designated area.
09Can visitors come in?
Maximum capacity is 16 people. Only guests registered in the contract may be in the house.
10Do you offer personalized experiences?
Yes: private dinners, tastings and cultural visits designed with the house chef and local talents.
11Is there parking?
One private space is included, plus three public lots one block away.
